Situation Room Overview
The Situation Room is the board layer that turns project history into an integrated operating view.
Summary
Section titled “Summary”It combines autonomous recordkeeping, current progress, decision support, and multi-generation memory without changing the existing Phase 1 sync workflow.
Autonomous Recordkeeping
Section titled “Autonomous Recordkeeping”The board should keep records through Git, Markdown, generated docs, and automation. The user should not manually maintain parallel records in chat or Notion.
Integrated Project View
Section titled “Integrated Project View”The registry gives the board a future-ready list of projects. For now, it contains ForYouTune Phase 1 only.
Decision Support
Section titled “Decision Support”The Situation Room should answer what changed, what is blocked, what risk is rising, and what decision is needed next.
Multi-Generation Memory
Section titled “Multi-Generation Memory”Phase 2, Phase 3, the next SaaS project, and a future standard harness should inherit lessons and patterns from this board.
Current Limitation
Section titled “Current Limitation”BOARD001E is architecture and UI skeleton only. Multi-source sync, comparison, and agent routing are deferred.
