Layer B is the decision support room.
Summary

Dashboard View
Section titled “Dashboard View”The Situation Room home renders registry-driven project cards. Current data remains Phase 1 only.
Current Focus
Section titled “Current Focus”ForYouTune Phase 1 is active in the registry. Phase 2 and Phase 3 are not registered yet.
Blocked Areas
Section titled “Blocked Areas”Blocked areas should be visible as project status, risk summaries, and next-decision prompts in future iterations.
Risk Radar
Section titled “Risk Radar”Risk radar should compare current work against known Phase 1 risks, including queue requirements, timeout handling, PII boundaries, and disclosure.
What Changed
Section titled “What Changed”Future Situation Room views should surface what changed since the last sync without requiring the user to scan every generated page.
Decision Needed Next
Section titled “Decision Needed Next”The board should make the next decision explicit before implementation starts.
Future Comparison
Section titled “Future Comparison”Phase 1 history can be compared against Phase 2 and future decisions later. Cross-project automatic comparison is deferred beyond BOARD001E.
